Examination & Grading System
At Ecole System for Success, our assessment philosophy is built on progress, understanding, and meaningful learning rather than numbers and competition. We aim to evaluate students in a way that encourages growth, confidence, and consistent improvement.
Our Assessment Structure
From Level III onwards, we conduct four assessments throughout the academic year:
- First Formative Assessment
- Mid-Term Assessment
- Second Formative Assessment
- Final Term Assessment
These assessments help us monitor each student’s academic development, identify learning gaps, and strengthen their conceptual understanding through regular feedback.
Our Grading Approach
We do not follow a percentage-based grading system. Instead, our focus is on:
- Conceptual clarity
- Skill development
- Quality of learning
- Continuous improvement
Our grading approach highlights strengths and supports students in areas where improvement is needed, without creating unnecessary academic pressure.
No Ranking System
To promote a healthy, positive, and inclusive learning environment, we do not rank students. We believe every child is unique and progresses at their own pace.
During the Annual Day, we appreciate students’ efforts by awarding shields in three categories:
- Remarkable
- Marvellous
- Splendid
These titles celebrate diligence, progress, and excellence without comparing students to one another.
